 Criteria:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering
Experience in lubricant manufacturing or chemical production
Knowledge of quality control and safety regulations
Ability to operate and maintain production equipment

3. Research & Development (R&D)

 Positions: R&D Chemist, Product Development Engineer
 Criteria:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields
Experience in formulating and testing lubricants
Understanding of industry standards (API, ISO, SAE)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

4. Logistics & Supply Chain

 Positions: Warehouse Manager, Supply Chain Executive, Logistics Coordinator
 Criteria:
Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
Experience in inventory management, distribution, and supply chain operations
Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
Ability to coordinate with suppliers, distributors, and transporters

5. Administration & HR

 Positions: HR Manager, Office Administrator, Finance Executive
 Criteria:
Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or Finance
Experience in HR policies, payroll, and recruitment
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Knowledge of financial management and accounting practices

6. Customer Support & Technical Service

 Positions: Customer Service Executive, Technical Support Engineer
 Criteria:
Experience in customer handling and complaint resolution
Strong knowledge of lubricant products and applications
Ability to provide technical support to customers and dealers
